About
Mathis Law PLC provides legal services with an affordable and transparent cost structure for families, individuals, and small businesses. The primary goal is to be upfront and clear about attorney fees and costs, while delivering dependable legal counsel and services. Many of the services provided, including the creation of estate documents, like wills or trusts, business contracts, and the creation of business organizations, are based on flat fees. In more complex issues, we will set a clear, reasonable rate and provide consistent communication to eliminate unexpected fees. Mathis Law PLC is based in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Legal services are available for both Minnesota and Arizona.

Casson Mathis
Casson Mathis
Casson graduated from Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2007. After practicing civil litigation for a few years with a mid-sized firm in downtown Phoenix, he started his own small practice in business law and estate planning. In 2021, Casson and his wife, Lisa, and their two children moved to Maple Grove, Minnesota to be closer to Lisa's family. Casson is licensed in both Minnesota and Arizona. In addition to practicing law, he also teaches law courses in a paralegal program through Phoenix College. He also holds an M.A. in History from Arizona State University.
